Pain in my neck or – no, it’s not a pixel

How hard could it be. I’m talking about Designguys vs. Developergeeks. What else?! Ok why is Width & Height in the .net Framework a double value instead of an integer. Have you ever seen a 1/3 pixel? No, your not! Well good question (not). Well since Microsoft believes in a Operating System independent value for the Height an the Width, this are logical pixels. Or like Petzold says “device-independent units”. This means each unit is 1/96 “ which is in metric system ~0,26mm. So as long as you keep your DPI in Window at 96dpi the hole story fits. But there are some people in the world like me having a desktop resolution of 1680x1050 pixel. It’s super for Applications like  Visual Studio and a few other programs. But since i’m not that kind of eagle-eye i uses a higher dpi. amount. Normally i uses 120 dpi. Actually Windows 7 is a bless. You can really scale this thing like you want. But there is two kind of people really doesn’t like this. First the Internships doesn’t get what dynamic means and Secondary the Designers working for us. So whatever. I wrote them an nice email to explain my situation but they doesn’t want to get it.

I decided to make a change in the project backlog. Now every graphic is a vector graphic and the scaling fits. But one challenge still remains. What the hell is going on with this internships. And how is hiring this people? – Any suggestions?
